You cannot cancel the reservation, but you can change the date according to the availability of the transfer. For changes you must go to the Vesuvio Express box office.

For any refunds due to EXCEPTIONAL causes due to the closure of the Vesuvius Park, send an email to vesuvioespress@libero.it to obtain a partial refund of the tickets. Each ticket will be refunded for a value of 10 euros. We will deduct 2 euros from each ticket for the online booking fee.

Additional services, such as the entrance ticket for the parks, cannot be refunded unless it concerns exceptional events such as Weather Alert
